In this exciting role you will support two HR Business Partners in their daily activities and take over the administration for the assigned employees; except payroll, time management and social insurance. Instead, you will play an active role in the talent acquisition process. A dynamic and fast changing environment is what makes you happy and perform at your best.
- Description/Tasks:
- Perform administrative tasks over the full employee life cycle
- Support the HR Business Partners in their daily activities
- Take over joint responsibility for the recruitment process (creation of job advertisements as well as interaction with applicants and line managers, personnel service provider, job portals)
- Perform reference and background checks for potential employees
- Support the optimization of a professional, service-oriented and efficient HR management process
- Participate in HR specific projects
- Qualification/Experience:
- Commercial or university degree with further training in HR
- Several years of professional experience in a similar function, preferably in an international environment
- Knowledge of Swiss labor law
- Experience with SAP and Success Factors is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and very good command of written and spoken German and English, French is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under pressure
