**The Role**: Client Services Associate Director - Institutional Management
**The Client**: Global Asset Manager
**The Location**: Geneva

**The Responsibilities**:

- Key daily point of contact for designated clients across Switzerland, France and Italy
- Work closely with the Sales team to deliver end-to-end client delivery services
- Partner with internal teams across product management, client reporting, onboarding etc delivering client communications
- Oversee strategic projects and Client Service Levels

**The Role**:

- 5+ Years within an Asset Management on the Client Services side
- French required with Italian an advantage
- Strong understanding of institutional investment products
- Experience with Salesforce CRM an advantage
