For our important client, Top Luxury Fashion Company, we are looking for: **CLIENT ADVISOR & CASHIER** This is a full-time on-site role in Geneva. As Client Advisor, you will represent the Company with clients in our Boutique/Stores. Besides as Cashier, you will manage all the activities linked to cash register, always following the Company procedures and local legislation. Enriches and updates the client database and carries out all the necessary secretary activities in order to support the store. **RESPOSABILITIES**: **_Sales_** - Achieve personal sales goal; - Developand maintain thorough product knowledge; - Provideexceptional customer service by anticipating the needs of the client and working to exceed their expectations; - Maximize the sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight to the needs and lifestyle of the client; - Developactive, repeat customer base; - Maintain accurate, detailed clientele book; - Providefeedback to store manager on merchandise trends, missed opportunities and issues related to fit and quality; - Ensure appropriate sales floor coverage and comply with all loss prevention procedures to ensure integrity of inventory; - Ensure a respectful selling environment at all times. **_Cashier_** - Responsible for the cash register opening procedures, verifying the presence of cash and the correct functioning of all the necessary devices; - Managescash payments, currencies, credit cards and cheques, checking for consistency with the Company procedures and the tax regulations; - Managesthe process of billing and credit notes according to the local regulations; - Carriesout all the procedures and activities related to the down payments, returns, refunds, issuance of coupons, giveaways and credit notes to customers, following the Company and the Store Manager guidelines; - Managesall the "correspondence" payments done by credit card or bank transfer, always liaising with the Administration for the necessary verifications; - Provides all the necessary deposit slips; - Enriches and updates the client database; - Carriesout all the necessary secretary activities in order to support the store and face all the ad hoc requests from the Store Manager. *** **REQUIREMENTS**: - 3-5 years or experience in the role; - Strong sense of aesthetics and passion for luxury; - Customer oriented approach; - Naturalselling abilities; - Previous work experience as a Cashier in a luxury boutique; - Detail oriented, precise, reliable and able to manage stress - Strong computer skills and ability to work effectively with Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP Retail experience preferred; - Fluent knowledge of French and English; - Fluencyin other languages will be an appreciated plus. **LOCATION**: **Geneva** Branche: Verkauf Funktion: Einzelhandelsverkauf Anstellungsart: Festanstellung
