Hitachi Energy is seeking a Global Head of Construction & Commissioning Technology and Performance to join our innovative team. **How you´ll make an impact**
- Improve daily operations and recommend new procedures and improvements
- Oversee and enhance C&C practices.
- Ensure compliance with company and HVDC policies.
- Coordinate with Global Stakeholders
- Manage and standardize project data and promote project predictability
- Implement Lean Constructability processes
- Manage HVDC's C&C Strategy and KPIs
- Support onboarding and training
- Follow and promote HSE and Quality standards
- Review HVDC processes for compliance

**Your background**
- University degree in technical or managerial field
- Experience in large EPC projects and project management
- Proactive risk management and problem-solving skills
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Leadership and communication skills
- Fluent in English and other languages
