In this role, you are responsible for developing and managing product documentation for engine builders, end customers, and service stations. This function contains the creation, updating, and dissemination of the technical documentation required for the installation and operation of our products and systems. Reporting to the Head of Global Technical Service.

In dieser Funktion bist du verstantwortlich für Management und Weiterentwicklung der Produktdokumentation für Motorenbauer, Endkunden und Servicestellen. Der Verantwortungsbereich umfasst die Erstellung, die Aktualisierung sowie die Verteilung der technischen Dokumentation, welche für Installation und Betrieb unserer Produkte und Systeme erforderlich ist. In dieser Funktion berichtest du an den Leiter des Globalen Technischen Kundendienstes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Management of the Department in accordance with Accelleron leadership principles and implementation of the same.
- Ensuring suitable documentation and traceability of work accomplished.
- On-time initial creation and updating of all necessary customer documents for all products.
- Ensuring technical know-how on the parts of the employees.
- Ensuring continuous improvement of the processes within the Department.
- Promotion of further training and autonomy of the employees, ensuring their optimum utilization.
- Planning, management, and monitoring of activities and ensuring professionally correct, target-oriented, on-time, and appropriate processing of tasks.
- Leitung des Teams in Übereinstimmung mit den Führungsprinzipien von Accelleron und deren Umsetzung.
- Sicherstellung einer angemessenen Dokumentation und Rückverfolgbarkeit der durchgeführten Arbeiten.
- Termingerechte Ersterstellung und Aktualisierung aller notwendigen Kundendokumente für alle Produkte.
- Sicherstellung des technischen Know-hows der Mitarbeiter.
- Sicherstellung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Prozesse innerhalb der Abteilung.
- Förderung der Weiterbildung und Selbstständigkeit der Mitarbeiter, um deren optimale Nutzung zu gewährleisten.
- Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Aktivitäten und Sicherstellung einer fachlich korrekten, zielorientierten, termingerechten und angemessenen Bearbeitung von Aufgaben.

Your background
- Higher Engineering and Technical School (HF), technical as well as commercial expertise.
- Further education in technical editing.
- Knowledge of product liability, product safety, and legislation.
- Experience in project management of advantage.
- Good network within the company.
- Höhere Ingenieur
- und Fachschule (HF), technisches sowie kaufmännisches Fachwissen.
- Weiterbildung in der Technischen Redaktion.
- Kenntnisse in Produkthaftung, Produktsicherheit und Gesetzgebung.
- Kenntnis aller Produkte und deren Anwendung.
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von Vorteil.
- Gutes Netzwerk im Unternehmen.
- Strukturiertes Denken in der Anwendung von CMS und TMS.
- Kenntnisse über Anwendungen moderner Medien.
