**Responsibilities**:

- Management of a 10-person team of test engineers and assembly personnel.
- Resource planning for the support of tests in the test center and on external facilities. Contribution to the overall test Center planning as well as for the own team.
- Build and maintain supply chains for specific needs of the Test Center.
- Procurement for Test Center purposes.
- Ensure continuous development of methodological competencies, equipment and workshop represented in the team to meet the increasing demands of productivity as well as technical demands from component and turbocharger development. Ownership of related projects.
- Contributions to testing technology development, continuous improvement and quality assurance as well as occupational safety.
- Representing the overall interests of the Test Centre and the team in the Test Centre management team.
- Developing staff in terms of their personal and professional skills.

Your background
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Leadership experience within an R&D organisation is advantageous.
- Profound knowledges of sensor techniques used for thermal turbomachinery testing.
- Experiences and skills in people, project, resource or change management.
- Conceptional and analytical thinking, result-orientation, collaboration as well as communication skills.
- Ability to balance both team-specific and overriding interests in an organisationally strongly interlocked environment.
- Willingness and ability to work and act agile, solution-oriented as well as service-oriented.
- Fluent in German, English (B2) language skills.
