Italian Customer Client Support in Sunny Greece

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various channels.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.
- Guide customers in navigating our products and services to enhance their experience.
- Work collaboratively with team members to solve complex customer problems.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify trends and provide feedback to improve our service quality.
- Engage in team initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in Italian and working knowledge of English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Experience in customer service or support is a plus.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle challenges proactively.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is beneficial.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in a new culture.
