THE ROLE
YOUR MISSION
- Customer Care: You have close contact with our customers and are their first point of contact
- Optimization: You actively work on the optimization of our customer service and forward feedback to the respective department
- Service Excellence: You handle customer inquiries and solve problems on the phone and by mail to keep our service on the highest level
- Team: You report to the Customer Care Team Lead and work closely with colleagues from Customer Success, Project Management, Business Development, Engineering and Product
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Language skills: You speak Swiss German and French at a native level, every other language is of advantage - especially English and Italian
- Background: You have already gained some experience in customer support, call center, customer service or a similar environment
- Personality: You don't let yourself get rattled and remain confident and friendly even in stressful situations
- Work Style: You are highly motivated to learn new skills, like to work analytically and look for creative solutions to the problems of your existing customers
- Work Ethic: You want to work in a fast-paced environment and show initiative
