With presence across global markets, we’re expanding our Swiss customer support team to better serve our German-speaking users.

**Role Summary**
We’re looking for a friendly and professional **Swiss German-speaking Customer Service Agent** to assist customers with TravelWifi’s products and services. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers in Switzerland and the DACH region, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every user has an excellent experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Troubleshoot device and connectivity issues (SIM, eSIM, pocket WiFi devices)
- Guide customers through setup and activation steps
- Provide product and order updates, billing assistance, and technical support
- Escalate technical or service issues to Tier 2 or relevant teams when necessary
- Document customer interactions in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar)
- Represent the TravelWifi brand with empathy and professionalism

**Qualifications**
- Native or fluent **Swiss German** speaker; good command of **Standard German** and **English**:

- Customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with troubleshooting mobile/WiFi products
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Reliable internet connection and home office environment

**Preferred Locations**
- Switzerland
- Eastern Europe (e.g., Romania, Bulgaria, or Poland) with Swiss German fluency
- Flexible time zone alignment with CET preferred

**Compensation**
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience and location
