Ai QA: Italian

HireArt is helping our client, A Leading AI Training Platform, find AI QAs with high-quality written communication skills to work as an Independent Contractor. In this role, you will review and provide feedback on style guides and content produced in Swiss Italian to ensure they meet quality standards and client requirements, including being localized to the region.
This opportunity is fully remote and offers a flexible work schedule.
Duties
- Evaluate and provide feedback on work produced in Swiss Italian by AI Trainers for accuracy and consistency.
- Review and provide feedback on Italian language style guides.
- Identify and correct inconsistencies between style guides, client requirements, and the work being produced by AI Trainers.
- Use critical thinking to produce high-quality work with mínimal or no supervision.
- Effectively communicate with colleagues in English regarding feedback and suggestions.
- 1 or more years of experience in a Quality Assurance (QA) position, preferably in AI or Annotation.
- The ability to understand QA workflows, provide guidance to trainers, and identify issues
- Previous experience training a Large Language Model (LLM)
- Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally from a school located in Switzerland
- Thoroughly familiar with the cultural particularities and terminology of Switzerland from having lived there for the majority of your life
- Exceptional, native proficiency in Swiss Italian, including different writing styles, grammar, syntax, semantics, and pragmatics.
- At least C1 Level English proficiency
- Ability to produce high-quality written work
- Ability to quickly identify errors and inconsistencies
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to precision in your work
