During 30 months, you will gain a comprehensive insight into the exciting Novartis People & Organization world. You experience the organization of a leading life science company up close and have the opportunity to gain insight into the areas of responsibility of a Service Center, Talent Acquisition, Early Talents, Rewards, Policies & Standards Inclusion & People Engagement, Learning, Talent Management & Organization Development, People & Organization People Partner and to take on responsibility directly by rotating approx. every 3 months.

Duration: 30 months

What will you learn:

- Novartis processes, guidelines and regulations
- How to recruit and attract new talents (e.g. planning, sourcing, interviewing, offer creation/negotiation)
- Business partnering with the business (employees & leaders) and external stakeholders (e.g. universities, events)
- Total rewards approach, evaluate a position and its benchmark
- What is the Diversity & Inclusion culture and how to engage the business
- What is a learning strategy/talent strategy in a global corporation
- How to promote new learnings (communication, learning campaign)
- Talents insights & analytics
- P&O initiatives and projects incl. change management and employee relations

**Minimum requirements**
- Recent Bachelor/Master graduate (max 12-18 months experience)
- Proficient in German and English (written and spoken), other language an asset
- Strong quantitative, good business sense, interpersonal, and collaboration & communication skills
- You demonstrate a genuine interest in the life science industry and are eager to discover different areas of P&O
- You are open to work in a cross-functional international environment
- You are able to work independently and demonstrate initiative
- You are willing to push yourself out of your comfort
