- During 30 months, you will gain a comprehensive insight into the exciting Novartis People & Organization world. You will experience the organization of a leading life science company and have the opportunity to gain insights into the areas of responsibility of for example a Service Center, Talent Acquisition, Early Talents, Rewards, Policies & Standards and Learning. Take on responsibility directly by rotating approx. every 3 months.
- Duration: 30 months

- What you can learn:
- Novartis processes, guidelines and regulations
- How to recruit and attract new talents (e.g. planning, sourcing, interviewing, offer creation/negotiation)
- Business partnering with the business (employees & leaders) and external stakeholders (e.g. universities, events)
- Total rewards approach, evaluate a position and its benchmark
- What is a learning strategy/talent strategy in a global corporation
- How to promote new learnings (communication, learning campaign)
- Talents insights & analytics
- P&O initiatives and projects incl. change management and employee relations

**Minimum requirements**
- What you’ll bring to the role:
- Recent Bachelor/Master graduate (max 12-18 months experience)
- Proficient in German and English (written and spoken), other language an asset
- Good business sense, interpersonal, collaboration & communication skills
- You demonstrate a genuine interest in the life science industry and are eager to discover different areas of P&O
- You are open to work in a cross-functional international environment
- You are able to work independently and demonstrate initiative
- You are willing to push yourself out of your comfort zone
