Head of People/hr Manager

We are looking for a passionate individual to manage our HR operations and shape our team culture, always putting our 35+ collaborators at the forefront. As our new Head of People, you will take care of our HR processes, drive new initiatives, and manage our talent acquisition and retention activities to support our scale-up. You will be one key point of contact for our team and work closely with the management team and team leads. With your dynamic, flexible and hands-on attitude, you will be in the driver's seat for continuous improvement in our growing organization.

**Your mission**:

- Perform and manage all HR activities, including recruiting, onboarding, HR policies definition and execution, personnel files administration, time-off management, performance management, and training and development.
- Develop and execute the talent acquisition and retention strategies for the entire company.
- Work closely with accounting on payroll, pension fund and social security management.
- Act as a role model, contributing towards the evolution of a company culture that reinforces our core values.
- Drive initiatives in the HR domain, and proactively enhance the Employee Experience in our company.

**Your Story**:

- Degree with a focus on HR, Business Administration or a related field, or similar professional experience
- At least 2 years of professional HR and recruiting experience. Experience working in a startup and/or a tech company is a plus.
- Good understanding of typical payroll processes, social security and pension fund schemes, the Swiss labor law and the current work permit regulations.
- Proven experience in supporting people's wellbeing and nurturing professional relationships.
- Good communication skills in both German and English.
