Work across the entire Lonza Group & Division Operations organization to further develop & implement the global/cross-divisional Performance management ecosystem (incl. Strategic Operation Dashboard and other tools) allowing efficient performance monitoring, reporting and improvements.
Key accountability is to translate business needs into technical solutions, to implement these solutions, with increasing automation and simplification.
This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and support Reports
- Work with internal teams and/or third parties in developing advanced analytics solutions and identifying use cases
- Interpret data and analyze results
- Creates efficiencies and removes waste in the different processes
- Scout for new digital solutions on the market
- Document and support Processes
- Identify and engage with internal stakeholders to identify needs and drive continuous improvements
Key requirements:
- Strong agility and influencing skills, effective communication.
- Analytical and problem solving.
- Affinity to processes and systems.
- Project management skills.
- Business and financial acumen, IT literate, project management, data analytical skills, Power BI
