This role is based at our Basel Tower site in Switzerland.

The Nexus Communications Manager will lead internal communication and engagement efforts across program phases. You will create and edit content for various channels, including digital and video formats, and ensure effective messaging. This role requires strong communication skills, familiarity with digital tools and AI technologies, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

**What you’ll do**:

- Implement communication strategies to enhance engagement and information sharing
- Create and edit content for intranet, newsletters, blogs, and events
- Develop internal communications to keep teams informed
- Produce videos and visuals for training and updates
- Conduct interviews and gather insights for storytelling
- Design and deliver communication materials and success stories
- Collaborate with Lonza’s Communication team to align messaging

**What we’re looking for**:

- Degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in communication and marketing roles
- Strong collaboration and project management skills
- Familiarity with digital tools, SharePoint, and video software
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic, global environment
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
