People and Culture (HR) Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven HR Coordinator (m, f, d) 100% to join our dynamic People and Culture team to support a broad range of HR tasks. Based at our office in Hünenberg, you are detail-oriented and will set the bar high for service, building relationships and innovation. You should be aligned with our brand and our mission to get more people on bikes.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Payroll Management- Oversee the payroll process for 4 entities, 2 in Switzerland and 2 in Germany, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant local laws and regulations.- Collaborate with finance department and payroll provider to reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.

P&C Administration-
- Manage all HR-related documentation, including job offers, employee contracts, benefits enrolment, leave and absence tracking, accident and illness reports as well as the up to date keeping of personnel files.- Update and maintain HR databases and employee records.- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

New Employee Onboarding- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding sessions, including orientation programs and training sessions- Prepare onboarding materials and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.- Assist with the development and implementation of onboarding processes to enhance the employee experience.

P&C Compliance- Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.- Assist with audits and compliance reviews as needed.- Recommend and implement changes to HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance and improve efficiency.

Employee Relations- Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.- Serve as a resource for employees and managers on HR-related issues.

WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN- Bachelor's degree or similar certifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field- At least 3 years of experience in HR coordination or related roles.- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and regulations.- Proficiency in HR IS systems (preferably Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
