Q Analysts is seeking a Project Manager to join our Client's Core Technologies team. Our Client's team applies a range of software, computer vision and robotics techniques to build systems and tools that enable accurate quality evaluation and regression testing of tracking systems and algorithms.

Your primary responsibilities will focus on managing project tasks across the engineering and data collection teams. By understanding the collected data and lab environments used to perform that collection, you will communicate with these teams on prioritizing critical issues, following up with urgent tasks and deadlines, manage scheduling of blockers, and report project health status across the Lab Test Automation team.

You will collaborate with engineers and research scientists and you will learn and execute techniques for evaluating prototype VR systems, processing test data and documenting results. The data collection includes VR devices, mobile phones, cameras and sensors.

Finally this role will serve as Q Analysts engagement manager to our Client for the overall project at this site.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule Data Collection work
- Work with engineering teams to define and prioritize data collection work and own communication across engineering groups
- Establish regular meeting cadence with data collection team
- Prioritize and distribute incoming data collection tasks
- Keeping track of data collection resourcing and staffing (rooms, devices, equipment)
- Managing a data collection team
- Regular connection on client driven requests, feedback, QA strategy and planning
- Employee Management. People management, 1-1's, career development, daily administration
- Creating engagement plan, run dashboarding needs, Report updates monthly, QBRs
- Analyze and share results of tests them with the team that requested them. The analysis is highly dependent on the project and either we use the existing tools or we write our own for statistical analysis or whatever else is needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience handing prioritizations of project issues, and see through the completion of resolved issues using SCRUM or Agile
- Extreme attention to detail, organization
- Strong communication skills across teams and organizations
- Effective people management skills
- Must adapt quickly to technical jargon and new technologies
- Technical background (system / software)
- Background in software for electrical or mechanical engineering teams
