**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy for the organization
- Manage customer relationships through the CRM system
- Lead and coordinate the development of customer databases
- Maintain and develop the CRM system to ensure it meets the needs of the business
- Lead a team of CRM professionals to ensure customer data is effectively managed and updated
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Provide training and guidance to team members on how to use the CRM system
- Develop and maintain reports on customer data and usage
- Monitor and report on the performance of the CRM system
- Identify areas for improvement in the CRM system and develop strategies to address them
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customers
- Ensure customer data is secure and compliant with industry standards

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in CRM, project management, and project lead
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft CRM Expertise
- Ability to lead a team of CRM professionals
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Language Requirements**:

- Must be fluent in BOTH German and English.
