HZI acts as an engineering, procurement and construction contractor and project developer, delivering complete turnkey plants and system solutions for thermal and biological EfW recovery. HZI’s Service Group combines its own research and development with comprehensive manufacturing and erection capabilities to support our clients throughout the entire life cycle of their plant.
**Your responsibilities**:
- You lead a team or Project Procurement Managers and Logistics Managers
- You act as Project Manager for all aspects of Procurement and Supply Chain activities on complex projects
- You ensure appropriate reporting of supply chain activities at projects level are properly issued in timely manner
- You prepare and monitor the supply chain strategy and execution for the project
- You coordinate complex procurement processes, monitor compliance with schedule, quality, expediting and budget as well as delivery during the entire project
- You actively manage claims and participate in supplier negotiation
**Your experiences**:
- You are a supply chain specialist with 10+ years’ experience in international operational procurement and supply chain project management
- You have proven management experience (3+ years)
- Solid experience in project driven industries (preferably EPC) and matrix organizations
- You have solid ERP and good MS Office
- You have strong skills in explaining complex situations easily and negotiation, a good commercial understanding, and legal awareness
- You are a solution oriented, resilient, and assertive team-player
- You are fluent in English, any other European language is a plus
