- Project management of 10-20 mCHF) Carbon Capture project in terms of quality, deadlines and costs in terms of cost-effectiveness for HZI
- Technical and commercial management of the projects
- Project related management of execution team; planning of work and resources (resources in coordination with the line managers) / assignment of tasks to team members
- Ensuring the timely preparation of engineering data for execution (internal and external), operation manual and CE-compliance
- Coordinates the various delivery lots and aggregates regarding integration into the overall plant, checking the interfaces in the individual orders. Review / release of specifications for the procurement lots of the project
- Ensure the information flow within the project team and produce solutions to problems.
- Ensure constructive supplier relationships
- Active claim management together with the relevant specialists
- Management of the project in accordance with the business process, the respective customer and supplier contracts as well as the requirements of the authorities

**Your experiences**:

- Very Good project management and team building skills
- Extensive EFW process knowledge and experience
- Knowledge of the engineering tools (CAE tool) used
- Good MS-Office knowledge
- Extensive experience in dealing and managing different suppliers as well as project procurement
- Can convince internal and external contacts
- Has experience in using standardized methods to solve complex problems
- Can develop guidelines and specifications for a specific topic
- Experience in interdisciplinary project teams
- Assembly and commissioning experience is an advantage
- IPMA or similar certification of advantage
- Very good knowledge of German and English, oral and written; other languages are of advantage
