**Technical Project Manager**:
Lead challenging technical projects.

ZURICH

**Your Role and Responsibility**
- Creation of the project management plan.
- Ensure that the project management plan is valid and up to date.
- Formulate assignments to project team members to produce each deliverable, monitor and, if necessary, initiate corrective measures.
- Monitor and control deadlines and milestones.
- Coordinate the subprojects, monitor and control the work of the subproject managers.
- Identification of success factors and assessment of the project/subproject in terms of feasibility, profitability and risks.
- Organization, coordination, moderation and management of project team meetings.
- Leading the change management (organizational and technical).
- Compliance with integral safety in the project.
- Reporting to the client and to the project committee in case of a project.

**Required Technical & Professional Expertise**
- 5 years of experience as technical project manager.
- Certification HERMES 5 Advanced.
- At least IPMA Level C or equivalent.
