Ready to accelerate your next career step? We are looking for a Project Lead - Principal in our office in Zurich with a strong potential to grow in a Partner role.

In this role, you will lead our collaborations with clients. You will take ownership of the overall project to make significant and lasting improvements to clients’ performance.

As a Project Lead - Principal, you will:
Ensure Excellent Delivery:

- Lead by example and support the teams you work with
- Develop solutions and deliver outcomes that meet the needs of clients
- Focus on full customer relationship management, building client care, loyalty, and empathy
- Actively and continually monitor and measure the delivery of value-based client benefits throughout the engagement (ROI)
- Take responsibility for recommending modifications and corrective action on major issues and make decisions to resolve tactical issues and deliver a value-based solution
- Be commercially aware and manage the delivery of engagements against project milestones, financial performance, utilization and performance against internal KPIs

Own our Client's relationship:

- Engage with our clients to build our partnerships, identify new opportunities and design new projects that we will develop for them.
- Contribute to the development of a pipeline of new and existing clients, forming working relationships with specific individuals and contributing to building potential propositions for the new clients
- Develop an extensive and diverse network of external contacts

Additional responsibilities:

- Contribute to the development of the structure, content and direction of the engagement strategy

Depending on your previous experiences and appetite to grow, you will have the opportunity to gain more responsibilities.

**Requirements**:
Required qualifications:

- 5-8 years of consulting experience
- Good skills in German or French. Fluent in English
- Data Science, ML or Computer Science background is a plus (not mandatory)
- Experience in Digital transformation projects
- Expertise in one of Visium vertical (Pharma/Biotech, Chemical, CPG industries) is a plus
- A solid track record of building strong client relationships with large organizations, as well as identifying opportunities to deepen those relationships and grow the business.
