**Your Responsibilities**
- Executive Support Excellence: Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to senior leadership in International Value & Access, managing complex calendars and coordinating high-level meetings Travel
- Coordination Mastery: Organize and oversee all travel logistics for executives, ensuring seamless arrangements aligned with current company guidelines
- Information Management: Maintain accurate organizational charts, distribution lists, and essential documentation within MS Teams platform
- Event Management Support: Assist Value & Access Leaders with event logistics, venue coordination, and administrative requirements for conferences and meetings Stakeholder
- Relationship Building: Foster effective partnerships with internal teams, external clients, and business partners across all organizational levels
- Team Integration Support: Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing team members when required Budget
- Tracking Assistance: Support Project Operations Manager with budget monitoring and financial tracking for respective teams
- Process Optimization: Ensure timely completion of requests while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and discretion

**Your Profile**
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Training, or equivalent qualification in related field
- Professional Experience: Demonstrated expertise as Senior Administrative Assistant supporting C-level executives in dynamic environments
- Organizational Excellence: Outstanding time management capabilities with proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Confidentiality Standards: Strong ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and professional integrity
- Interpersonal Competencies: Excellent relationship-building skills across all organizational levels and external stakeholders
- Adaptability: Flexible approach to changing priorities and evolving work demands in fast-paced environment
