For our client, an international pharmaceutical company in Basel, we are in search for an **Administrative Expert 80-100%**

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring accurate, efficient and smooth administrative support to the Communications and Operation Lead for all the activities
- Preparing and attending meetings including organizing and taking meeting minutes according to the projects and needs, distributing them in a timely manner, and keeping action items updated
- Developing and maintaining efficient reporting, keeping accurate and up to date information and expenses, preparing documentation and supporting the overall operations of the function
- Being responsible for maintaining database updated on a very regular basis
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with executive audience in short communications and/or event planning

**Experience**:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills; fluency in English, knowledge of other languages is advantageous
- min. 2 years' experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook required; SharePoint experience
- Very good knowledge of technology and are a fast-learner of new software and technical equipment
