Administrative Expert Customer Service - Pharma, German vacancy for our Basel based client in the Pharma sector. Your tasks: Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders (prescription medicines) including monitoring and invoicing. Handle incoming telephone and written customer inquiries in German (French, Italian, English as a plus). Process customer complaints and returns efficiently. Update price lists and order forms regularly. Coordinate with the warehouse on all sales-related matters. Your experience/knowledge: Commercial qualification. Experience with SAP, specifically SD and MM modules, along with MS Office proficiency. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical environment. Language skills: German, (French, Italian, English a plus). Your soft skills: Strong customer orientation (both internal and external). Detail-oriented with a precise working style. Open to changes and new developments, demonstrating resilience under pressure.
