**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Erfassung von Bestellungen im ERP-System
- Operativer Einkauf und Auftragsbearbeitung
- Betreuung der Warenabholung
- Organisation der Kasse und wöchentliche Ablage
- Durchführung administrativer Nebentätigkeiten
- Begeisternde Kundenbetreuung per Telefon oder E-Mail

**Deine Skills**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Customer Service in einem technisch produzierendem Unternehmen
- Sympathische und herzliche Art im Umgang mit Menschen
- Selbständig, zuverlässig und belastbar
- IT-Kenntnisse: MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Internet
- Sichere Deutsch und Französischkenntnisse, von Vorteil auch in Italienisch.
