Carbon60 is a staffing company specialising in the aerospace, defence, government and construction sectors, as well as technical placements. Carbon60 is part of the global Impellam Group.

We have been operating in Switzerland for over 10 years to develop our aviation business.

We work closely with Jet Aviation in Basel, Geneva, Villacoublay, etc. and recruit aeronautical profiles on a daily basis. But we are also looking for talents who could get their foot in the door with their qualifications and join the VVIP aviation field.

Our recruitment teams are based in both the UK and Switzerland. In other words, our recruiters are experienced and multilingual.

We are currently hiring for our customer in Basel for a Customer Service Representatives & Support for Travel Office.

In this position you will provide assistance to crew throughout the different stages of arrival / departure at Jet Aviation.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in a welcoming, friendly, and respectful manner - make the customer feel at home
- Increase customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and responding quickly
- Provide a positive and professional first impression and service level to arriving and departing guests
- Fully adhere to all Jet Aviation and airport policies and all applicable laws and regulations without alienating customers
- Adhere to the company standards of excellence for exceptional customer service, grooming and dress code
- Assists flight crews and customers with arrangements for hotels, flights, ground transportation, catering, customs, and other miscellaneous vendor service requirements (incl fine tracing)
- Invitation and statement letters for customer
- Work permits for customer and family if applicable (work with the authorities directly)
- Visa extension for customer
- Ensure all services provided are properly recorded for proper billing
- Refer complaints of service failures to the supervisor/team leader for investigation
- Participate in the Safety & Quality Management System in accordance to the safety and quality policy and be pro-actively involved in a positive safety culture environment

**Minimum requirements**:

- Industry (aviation or hospitality) related work experience desired
- Ideally a valid driver’s license
- Customer service and safety focused
- Excellent communications, customer service and people skills
- Ability to read & interpret documents such as safety rules, operating & maintenance instructions & procedure manuals.
- Excellent English & German, French highly desirable

This is a full-time job ton start ASAP for 1 Month but could be extended or become permanent.
