To strengthen our team in Villars-sur-Glâne we are looking as soon as possible for a Customer Service Manager **Function description** We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic professional for our PMO & Customer service Team in Villars-sur-Glâne on a permanent basis at Corden Pharma. You are passionate about the pharma industry and could already collect a certain work experience in it? You have Solid operational management skills and are passionate about customer service? Then you we are looking for you as: **Main activities**Ensure end to end ordering management execution (products, projects & services) - Ensure Sales budget follow up and execution. - Update and maintain monthly forecast with customer - Maintain, analyze & improve Customer Service and assigned supply chain KPI - Be Key User / Subject Matter expert for SAP SD and IM/MM (Sales and Inventory Management) - Be the customer voice in internal coordination meeting with Supply Chain / Quality / Production **Desired Skills and Experience**Bachelor’s degree in industrial distribution, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field - At least 5 years in a customer facing position - Able to communicate confidently in French and English - High proficiency with the ERP SAP and Microsoft office tools - Solid operational management skills - Experience in Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics or Food industry an asset - Assertive, Creative and open-minded personality - Ability to communicate and integrate well across organizational functions and units internally and externally - Team Spirit You are an assertive, conscientiously working, and well-organized personality with a strong analytical mind-set and quality-oriented attitude. Thanks to your good communication skills, you interact easily with other departments.
