Pour notre client une prestigieuse maison horlogère Suisse, nous recherchons un Customer Service Manager pour la gestion du marché Suisse et international.
- Management d'une équipe de customer care specialists
- Gestion des outils de performances et contribuer à l'amélioration de ces outils.
- Mise en place d'outils d'amélioration des processus internes
- Veiller au maintien d'un haut niveau de service client
- Gestion des problématiques et cas spéciaux
- Coordonner avec les autres départements pour résoudre les problèmes de service clientèle et assurer une communication claire et efficace entre les équipes.
- Diplôme universitaire de commerce, de communication ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Minimum de 5 années d'expérience dans un service clientèle, dont au moins 2 ans dans un rôle de management d’équipe.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale, y compris la capacité de communiquer clairement et efficacement avec les clients et les membres de l'équipe.
- Capacité à résoudre les problèmes de manière efficace et à travailler sous pression.
- Expérience de travail avec des systèmes CRM et des outils d'analyse de données.
- Connaissance approfondie des processus de service clientèle et de l'expérience client.
- Une passion pour l’horlogerie est un plus.
- Très bon niveau oral et écrit de français, allemand et anglais.
