**What impact do you have?**:

Responsible for defining the strategic orientation and directions of the business unit (BU)
Helping the BU management to prepare executive management meetings and updates and make decisions on strategic issues
Managing and coordinating strategic, interdisciplinary projects across the whole organisation
Ensuring the implementation of strategic initiatives
Managing the M&A process of the BU, including screening, due diligence, valuation, negotiations and post-investment management
Shaping and managing the BU’s international partnerships (e.g. collaboration with international startups, brands or retailers)
Managing market and competitor analyses to identify new growth opportunities, with a focus on international expansion, innovations or new business areas
Developing the business plan and communicating newly identified opportunities to the senior management

**What do you offer?**:
**Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college)**:

in business administration with a focus on strategy and/or finance and/or a technical degree with relevant further training

**At least 4 years of working at a well-known strategy consultancy**:

Experience of working at a manufacturing company in the consumer goods/FMCG segment would be advantageous

**German (excellent knowledge)**:
**English (excellent knowledge)**:
**French (beneficial)**:

Strong analytical & conceptual skills; quick comprehension; highly flexible
Good persuasion skills; confident dealing with senior management; excellent stakeholder management skills
Excellent leadership skills and several years’ experience of managing a team
Experience of managing complex projects and implementing strategic concepts
M&A experience would be advantageous
Strong entrepreneurial and analytical skills/mindset
Highly proactive self-starter
Excellent teamworking and communication skills (written and spoken)
Ability to create clearly structured presentations with a convincing storyline
