**Project Manager Tax Department - ABB Way Finance Transformation Program (FTP)**:

The ABB Way Finance Transformation Program is a business-led program that will help to underpin the new ABB Way operating model and decentralization agenda. It is a key first step in establishing global end-to-end processes and modernizing the finance part of our legacy ERP estate which will create sustainable benefits for ABB. In this role, you will be part of the central ABB Way Finance Transformation Program (FTP) Tax team. On behalf of ABB, you will be responsible for supporting the project and Tax PMO processes, including planning, risk management, status reporting, and delivery implementation for one or more projects. This role is foreseen as a two year contract and is located in Zurich, Switzerland.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Support the Tax Process Lead as well as the central tax team with project planning and follow-up
- Facilitate continued connection and alignment with local teams, supporting the bridge between the central team and countries
- Facilitate the escalations and issues resolution during the transition to achieve the deadlines and outcomes that have been set
- Managing change and relationships effectively, involving processes, technology, ways of working and data
- Implement project methodology and implement the documentation for the Tax process
- Plan and coordinate the localization of Tax requirements across the countries in the scope of the Transformation
**Your background**:
- Experience in Tax processes in a multinational enterprise
- Proven project management experience
- Total experience of approx. 9 years coupled with University level education in Business Administration or Information Systems (Masters preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills: present and report activities clearly and effectively, sensitive to communication related to all levels of stakeholders
- Finely tuned organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment while possessing excellent networking skills (finding the right people in the organization)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Actively contribute to and support program coordination with other projects where required
