**Your role**
- Are you self-driven and motivated with a can-do attitude? Do you know how to coordinate & manage multiple UBS stakeholders?
- We're looking for someone like you to:
- create products and services with our business partners and identify new partner opportunities
- contribute to our product and execution strategies (pricing, distribution, market trends)
- own the product life-cycle of the Tax Solutions new offerings and maintaining product shelf
- define stories and marketing materials, train client advisers, operations colleagues and Wealth Planners
- participate in cross-markets projects from initiation to post implementation review
- establish quality controls, risk and control plans management as well as E2E oversight and ownership of change management

**Your team**
- We are the Tax Solutions Product Management function within our Wealth Planning Tax Solutions function in Zurich.
- Our specialized team will offer you a dynamic work environment, scope for personal development and the opportunity to expand your network.

**Your expertise**
- experience as a project/product manager consulting for or directly within the financial services industry (securities or tax reclaim areas highly advantageous)
- knowledge and practical experience in the following areas: Lean Management, Process Optimization and Digitization and Target Operating Model design
- sharp business mind and proven track record in strategizing and delivering complex projects
- strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to think outside the box
- solid know-how of financial products and the financial services industry
- excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with fluent German and/or French as additional assets
