This role is part of the ABB’s Global Tax Team, partnering closely with tax teams on global and local level. The role is leading the strategy and execution of tax data management and tax technology enablement in line with ABB’s Tax Function’s digitization strategy. You will be based at ABB’s Headquarter in Zurich and reporting to Tax Group Process Owner (GPO) organization.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Develop and own overall roadmap of Tax Function towards data-driven organization. Ensure definition of data requirements, data quality assurance and data governance for core processes owned by tax function, as well as data owned by other business and finance functions impacting tax operations.
- Establish, execute and manage the Tax data management strategy and policies.
- Manage the process of embedding tax relevant data in overall business & finance data models in accordance with UDM (Unified Data Model) methodology. Manage and drive the evolution of UDM in accordance with Tax Corporate Strategy and needs arising from Digital Tax Administration management.
- Proactively and periodically assess emerging tax technology and market solutions; assess the applicability and integrate viable solutions into the digital roadmap.
- Responsible for enabling KPIs and Dashboards by providing Tax data elements, dimensions and their content, as well as ensuring related technology solution is enabled for global and local usage.
- Responsible for overall visibility on changes in countries with respect to digitization of tax authorities, external / regulatory requirements and the demands as tax authorities organize themselves in new digital way.
- Advise on and drive harmonization of Tax data across Businesses, Processes and ERPs.
- Manage key stakeholders for technology and data
- Serve as focal point of contact within Tax Function for technology advisory, process improvement and data management & governance topics.
- Serve as point of contact for external consultants and 3rd parties regarding tax disruption, innovation, and digitization topics.

**Your background**:

- Degree in Economics, Business Management or Computer Science.
- 10+ years professional experience preferably combining Tax and IT technical experience and expertise.
- Project management experience.
- Experience from functional or project leadership ability to influence cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
- Excellent understanding of tax and ERP end-to-end processes.
- Global/Strategic thinking and intercultural competence.
- Ability to translate a high-level vision into an executable strategy and keep the team focused to deliver on time.
- Significant experience in stakeholder management at senior management level and in an international context.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communications
- Strong networking skills.
