**Your contribution to KPMG****:

- Lead engineering team to deliver efficiency as well as innovation focused solutions for the firm's Tax and legal business.
- Own delivery value chain and deployment pipeline (people, process, and technology) for the portfolio, jointly with Value Owners (functional SMEs) and System Designers (architects)
- Provide engineering centered leadership to the value streams of this portfolio, following practices of lean, agile and devops disciplines
- Actively lead and manage the portfolio for business impact by using cloud-native data, AI, and process automation technologies.

**This is what makes you successful****:

- Good proficiency and active hands-on delivery experience in modern devops oriented software delivery approaches and methods (e.g., flow management, value stream mapping, cost of delay/RICE techniques etc.
- Relevant experience with flow based agile and continuous delivery practices with understanding on associated measures and mechanisms to deliver internal offerings as products
- Technical and delivery competencies in data, process automation and AI (at least two out of these three)
- Good working knowledge of Azure DevOps based agile delivery tools and techniques - ability to deploy and manage engineering using the platform.
- Engineering mindset with capability to roll-up the sleeves - strong sense of software quality through design, code, and test
- Some good grounding in foundations of Better Value Sooner Safer Happier approach to agile, Team Topologies for organization design, Projects to Products transformation and Continuous Delivery
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively translate and present technology solutions in business or management terms
- Good understanding of tax and legal business, it's ecosystem and professional services will be added advantage.
- Be passionate, motivated and think entrepreneurial and support the continuous improvement and transformation of the DBT team.
