The hotel is ideal for meetings and events with its newly renovated event facilities, including a grand historic ballroom. About the job Based at the Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich within the Engineering Department in Zurich, the Engineering Manager is responsible to support to the Director of Engineering to provide all our Guests and Colleagues with a comfortable, safe and aesthetically pleasing environment by protecting the Hotel assets through cost conscious, superior maintenance processes and dedication to continuous improvement. As Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Support with audits, orders, and budget planning Cost control and supplier management Maintenance of technical documentation and maintenance schedules Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards (FLHSS) Participation in renovation and improvement projects Deputizing for the Director of Engineering in their absence Our commitment to you: Learning & Development.
