**Role Responsibility**:
The Head of Accounting with oversee the Financial Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Cantonal interactions in ORS - Located in Zurich.

Key responsibilities:

- Oversee all financial accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- Manage tax-related activities, including compliance, reporting, and optimization strategies.
- Lead treasury operations, including cash management, investments, and risk assessment.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with local authorities and Cantons.
- Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in accounting operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline accounting processes.

Languages:

- German (mandatory)
- English (mandatory)
- French (desired)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Intercompany accounting
- Swiss Tax system
- Experience in accounting and finance roles, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
- Strong technical proficiency in Navision, Lucanet, and Microsoft 365 suite.
- Excellent knowledge of Swiss GAAP Fer and familiarity with IFRS accounting standards.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in leading and developing diverse teams.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
