**Agile Assistant to the Group SVP Finance & Integration**:

This role is suitable for a tenacious self-starter with experience in administrative operations management who is super organized and analytical, exercises sound judgment, and possesses the interpersonal skills needed to interact with various people across multiple job functions and levels.
**What you will be doing**:
- Supporting and assisting the Group SVP Finance & Integration as well as other Leadership team members as needed. This includes managing extremely dynamic calendars, ensuring all appointments are scheduled based on business priorities, composing and preparing correspondence and compiling documents for meetings and projects, acting as a gatekeeper with a helicopter view, and creating win-win situations for all stakeholders.
- Arranging complex international travel (visa, itineraries, etc.), including processing expense reports. Hence, your résumé must reflect that you have collaborated laterally with every level of an organization and have planned travel across different time zones.
- Organizing events, workshops, off-sites, conferences, and townhalls; scheduling facilities; managing budgets.
Following up on sensitive or confidential concerns, determining an appropriate course of action or response.
- Coordinating executives' outreach and external relations efforts; serving as the administrative liaison to other departments, providing a bridge for smooth communication; maintaining credibility, trust, and support.
Helping drive culture, connection, and more - you will be an active contributor to the group integration phase.
- Improving and defining administration processes and procedures; collaborating with teams across global offices.
**Your Education, Skills, and Abilities**:
- A commercial or bachelor’s degree; ideally combined with further education in digital office management, project management, or similar
- Several years of experience in executive support, non-technical project management, or corporate event planning (preferred: technology, engineering, or consulting industry)
- Experience supporting a CFO/understanding of the finance ecosystem in a company would be considered a plus
- Business fluent in **English** (levels C1 or C2); German and French language skills are considered a plus.
- Highly skilled in MS-Office and collaboration platforms, e.g., Teams, Zoom, etc., and other productivity tools
- Able to communicate effectively with senior executives and employees across the team and company
- Organized, resilient, and very flexible; skilled in quickly adapting to new circumstances as they arise
- Excellent collaborative style with a can-do attitude; a team player who builds effective working relationships
- Super friendly, approachable, and professional in demeanor; diplomatic when saying no
- Excellent listening skills: able to understand assignments and complete them with mínimal follow-up from leaders
- High level of integrity; ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
