**Group/Global Team Assistant**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- As team assistant, the person is responsible for support to Senior Group IS managers and time management.
- Providing proactive support on administrative support to and time management.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars, schedule group meetings, off-site events, and travel reservations which includes the preparation and routing of documents, arranging global travels including visas, meeting planning, expense reports, preparing and managing purchase orders, and tracking invoices.
- Organization and maintenance of documents and files.
- Work on special projects as requested.
- Plan, schedule and organize the offboarding and onboarding activities for External Consultants that are completed on time and according to the needs of the manager and/ or team.
- Be an important part of the Assistant Team and support other colleagues as needed during absences.

**Your Skills**:

- 3+ years of experiences as assistant for a group or management
- Fluent in English (C1/C2)
- Good communication skills and manners
- SAP is nice to have
- Concurs is nice to have
- IS knowledge is nice to have
