Product scope: Material Handlers (MH), Demolition Machines (UHD/SB), Grapples (GSH/V & G300), Multiprocessor/Crushers (MP/P300/P200), Hydraulic Connecting Couplers (HCS), Hammers, MWL Waste Handlers

**Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to**:
UNDERSTAND MARKET TRENDS, CUSTOMER NEEDS AND DEVELOP THE COMMERCIAL VALUE PROPOSITION
- Commercialize the Product positioning around the Unique Selling Proposition and equip the I&W Sales representatives with the value story to develop and grow the business.

LEAD THE DEVELOPMENT OF MORE HOLISTIC REGIONAL GO TO MARKET PLANS
- Engage and collaborate closely with our Industry Segment Specialist, I&W Sales Reps and leadership team to streamline commercial input (5Ps of marketing including price positioning) and build I&W Go-to-Market Plans (where to play/how to win, leverage the 7 workstreams and Top 5 tactics) to engage dealers with I&W solutions and NPI (New Product Introductions) for Machines and Work tools.
- Execute the deployment of regional Go-to-Market Plans in Marketing & Customer Events

DRIVE ANNUAL BUSINESS PLANNING (ABP) AND MONTHLY S&OP
- Consolidate and provide input to ABP sales target for I&W Purpose Build Machines, Key Hydromechanical Work Tool Families
- Report on business results, trends and Demand in monthly S&OP Demand Meeting, Qualitative Review and Product Groups Roundtable meetings (incl NPI, geo mix changes, WT Yield as well as market trend on Work tools)
- Identify and expose key GTM priorities/initiatives/successes/challenges in collaboration with Industry Territory Manager and Marketing Manager.

**Key Competencies**:

- Market & Customer Insights: interpretation of trends which aims to increase the effectiveness of a product or service for the customer, as well as increase sales for the financial benefit of the business.
- Go to Market capability: understand/recommend the best to bring a product to market
- Communicates effectively across product groups, industry, dealer and/or customer audiences to gain understanding and acceptance of ideas and recommendations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work, be fact-based and able to go from strategy to details when needed.
- Required Qualifications:

- Requires a degree or equivalent experience with 5-8 years of specific industry experience to gain recognition.
- Should have broad business background and specific long-term industry knowledge (previous marketing and/or sales experience)
- Knowledge of the construction industry
- Robust analytical skills required
- Addition languages to English is a plus (e.g., French/German/Spanish)
- Generally, requires between 25% to 50 % travel to understand regional business conditions.
