To strengthen our Life Sciences team, we are looking for a **Senior Consultant - Data Strategy and Data Sciences in Clinical Operations (M/F/d)

**Bring to life what's next**:

- Inspire Develop and implement CDISC-based data strategy and data sciences solutions for clients in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on clinical operations and CTMS/EHR data integration. Provide strategic guidance on CDISC data collection, management, analysis, and reporting for clinical trials.
- Conduct data analyses and provide insights to clients to improve clinical trial design and execution, utilizing CDISC standards, CTMS, EHR, and associated technologies.
- Lead the development of CDISC-compliant data management and analysis plans, including the use of tools such as SAS and R.
- Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to analyze complex clinical trial data sets.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality CDISC-based solutions.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to junior team members on CDISC standards, CTMS, EHR, EDC, GCP, and associated technologies.

**Your qualifications**:

- **Academic excellence**:Advanced degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field.
- **Consulting experience**:Several years of experience in consulting.
- **Leadership experience**:Previous experience in leading cross functional team driving change to deliver business value.
- **Conceptual talent**:Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality CDISC-based solutions.
- **Communication and presentation skills**:Fluent in English (C1 level written and spoken). German /Zuric/Basel) or French skills (Lausanne/Geneva) mandatory (C1 level). Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- **Digital affinity**:Very good MS Office skills.
