**Job Contents - **We are looking for **_a Junior Manager in Tax Operations_** on behalf of our client **_based in Pfaffikon, Switzerland._** **_**_ - *_* The private markets tax team needs to expand its operational tax capabilities covering both technical and operational aspects. The position as Tax Operations Assistant includes the following activities: - Assist in the annual tax compliance process (coordination of the tax returns prepared by external advisors) and in arranging tax reporting to investors; - Assist in the coordination of information collection for the annual tax reporting process for our products in conjunction with external service providers; - Establish and oversee operational tax procedures and controls; Management of ad hoc tax projects and processes; - Provide support in FATCA and CRS ("AEOI") matters, including submission of annual AEOI reporting, Form W-8/W-9 review **Requirements**: - **_Commercial Apprenticeship is required; 1-2 years of experience in tax_** or _**accounting function (preferably in advisory and/or asset management, private equity, hedge funds, or real estate**_), - Willingness to deep dive into tax Operations in a fast-paced environment in a dynamic team Exposure to FATCA, CRS, and withholding tax is a plus; - Experience in and understanding of the international tax issues relating to funding structuring asset management and the distributions of investment funds, including investor tax reporting is a plus; - Team player, self-motivated with the ability to work independently; Well organized with high attention to detail; - Good communication skills, assertive, confident and trustworthy; - _**Fluency in English is required (please send your CV and motivation letter in English), German is a plus.**_ **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: - Monday to Friday Application Question(s): - Have you completed a commercial apprenticeship? **Experience**: - Accounting or Tax: 1 year (required) **Language**: - Fluent English (required)
