We at Teralytics are searching for a dedicated People Engagement and Operations Manager to own and enhance the company's culture and operations functions at a critical period of growth reporting to the Head of People and Culture. As our People Engagement and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for creating a passionate, committed and productive work environment. No matter the project, process or initiative, your focus will be on elevating Teralytics' most valuable asset - our people by providing impeccable processes. In this pivotal role you will be exposed across the Company and work closely with the HR and Finance department to manage the full lifecycle of an employee from planning for their first day to the last and everything in between. You'll play an important role in all matters of people while always acting as an ambassador of our culture and upholding the standards of what makes Teralytics an amazing place to work. This great position is a very exciting "stepping-stone" opportunity to kick start your career into a variety of future roles. **In your role you will**: **People Engagement** - Be Teralytics' culture champion and ensure the company and its employees adhere to core values in everything we do, you will be integral to ensuring Teralytics remains a great place to work for all. **Employee Life Cycle** - Own and manage our Employee Life Cycle and all HR admin processes - Guide the new hires through the onboarding experience ensuring a smooth introduction to the organization as well as leavers through an offboarding and handover process - Own Teralytics Employee Stock Option process **Reporting** - Provide effective oversight on Teralytics' manpower situation and ensure HRIS data remains up-to-date. You will produce regular status reports to senior leadership and investors. - Monitor employee engagement through our survey system **Operations and Finance** - Maintaining and constantly improving a fully functional and professional office - Supplier and vendor management; working with Teralytics' office partners to maintain Teralytics office locations - Organization of all-hands meetings and TGIFs - Travel, expense and mailing management - Credit card reconciliations **Your profile** - Commercial degree (Kaufmännische Lehre) - You bring several years of practical experience in a similar role - We will also consider you if you are a recent university graduate in business administration, Finance, or HR and have gained substantial practical work experience through internships locally and abroad - You have a track record of delivering effective service in a fast-paced organization with a no task is too big or too small mentality - You are trustworthy and personable, you bring positive energy to the office environment - You are able to deliver effectively under time pressure and resolve conflicting priorities - Ability to work in a team as well as independently - You are native, in German (minimum C1 level) and also business fluent in English. **About Teralytics** **What we offer** We offer the chance to be part of an exciting and ambitious start-up that puts its people at the heart of its business.
