**Description**:MENU is looking for a Technical Operations Project Manager, who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating of knowledge management projects.

The Technical Operations Project Manager is expected to develop operational solutions to improve organizational knowledge use and access.

Technical Operations Project Manager in MENU manages day-to-day operational aspects of all assigned projects ensuring customer onboarding and support processes are followed with adequate training materials and training projects.

**Type of contract**: Permanent

**The key responsibilities of the Technical Operations Project Manager**:

- Work as a point of contact for the Support team within the Development team in order to document the feature-creation
- Create training materials for Support related to new releases as well as client-facing knowledge articles
- Assist in the creation of training materials for Support and Onboarding based on a deep understanding of processes and technical documentation
- Analyze and assess training and development needs for target audiences based on a deep understanding of Blended training principles
- Manage end-to-end training projects and work with different stakeholders
- Develop training strategies covering different internal and external target groups in collaboration with functional leads

**Requirements**:

- Strong project management skills and experience in managing timeframes and stakeholders (2-3 years)
- Experience in training or a learning-related field (2-3 years)
- IT engineering or similar education
- Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
- Result-driven, establishing high standards for training, setting goals for the educational portal development and being accountable for results
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams at all levels of the organization as well as with external vendors.
- Knowledge of blended learning methodologies
- Strong people skills
- Experience in a multicultural environment
- Knowledge of the Kirkpatrick training evaluation model will be positively valued
- Full verbal and written proficiency in English
