We are looking for an experienced Engagement Manager.
**Job description**
- **Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from proposal stages through to delivery.**:

- **Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, involving all relevant stakeholders.**:

- **Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans.**:

- **Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and changes of scope, developing mitigation strategies.**:

- **Drive the adoption and integration of PLM and MES solutions into the customers’ organization, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.**:

- **Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, manufacturing, finance, and quality assurance, to ensure successful project execution.**:

- **Report project status, issues, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.**:

- **Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest level of quality.**:

- **Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project success, according to the group’s processes**

**Your profile**
- **Proven experience as an Engagement Manager with a focus on PLM and MES systems, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.**:

- **Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) concepts and tools.**:

- **Experience in managing Turn-key projects**:

- **Excellent project management and organizational skills.**:

- **Proficient in project management software and tools.**:

- **Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.**:

- **Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- **Ability to work collaboratively in distributed teams and to lead cross-functional groups.**:

- **Strong decision-making capabilities and a results-oriented approach.**:

- **Project Management certifications are a plus.
