We are recruiting, on behalf of our client, a Global Payroll & Benefits Consultant to support their Finance Operations team. This part-time role (30%) requires a senior payroll specialist able to manage multi-country payrolls and ensure compliance across Switzerland, Europe, and the US.

Global Payroll & Benefits Consultant

Responsibilities :

Payroll & Benefits

  • Manage monthly payrolls in Switzerland, and remote payrolls in Spain, the UK, and additional EU countries.
  • Oversee bi-weekly US payroll cycles.
  • Administer pension funds, social security, tax updates, and benefits processes.

HR Administration

  • Handle onboarding/offboarding within payroll/HR systems.
  • Manage work permits, child allowances, and general HR administrative tasks.

Operational Support

  • Ensure adherence to internal payroll processes.
  • Support reporting, reconciliations, and audit activities.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee data.

Your Profile

  • Strong experience with multi-country payrolls (CH + EU + US).
  • Excellent knowledge of Swiss payroll, social security & tax rules.
  • HR admin & compliance experience.
  • Proficient with payroll systems, HR platforms, and Excel.
  • Fluent in German & English.
  • Autonomous, accurate, and comfortable in a remote setup.
