Relocation Consultant

Our client, a global provider or Relocation Services is looking for a Relocation Consultant to join their team in Geneva, Switzerland.

The Relocation Consultant will be responsible for delivering Global assignment services to clients, employees, and their families. You will be tasked to ensure the smooth transition of the assignee and their family to their new location, you will do this by being the single point of contact and provide ongoing support for as long as required.

**Relocation Consultant Key Duties**:

- Manage all activities and services related to the transfer process
- Prepare monthly reports for clients, utilising international supplier information
- Carry out pre-assignment briefs and orientations
- Initiate assignee surveys
- Advice the assignees on policies and compensation details where applicable
- Manage all payments relating to the assignment, including payroll, expense, and invoices
- Produce cost projections and calculate assignment compensation
- Update and manage the internal CRM database as required
- Authorize request exceptions for client policies during the whole process of the relocation

**Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred
- Fluency in French Language
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong administration skills
- Key attention to detail and numeracy skills
- Ability to work well within a multicultural team
- Sense of compassion and a sensitivity to the needs of assignees and their families
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of Immigration, assignment package preparation, assignee transfer process, international payroll & allowance calculations
