For a project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for
(Junior) Project Manager - Surveillance Engineering
**Your Qualifications**:
- **2+ years experience in Project Management within financial services**:
- **Experience in the area of Surveillance Engineering and/or correspondent banking would be of advantage**:
- **Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques**:
- **Good knowledge of standard MS Office packages including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc**:
- **Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time**:
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills to speak to stakeholders of various seniorities**:
- Having a PMI or PMP certification is a plus
- Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
- **Fluent in English**
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the detailed definition of project phases and the associated scope & objectives of each phase
- Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities
- Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders
- Hands-on work with the program
- Identifying and proposing mitigation for potential delivery risks
- Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to senior stakeholders
- Tracking work projects using JIRA on an Agile delivery basis
- Facilitating workshops
