**Your tasks**
- Create design proposals throughout the design process, including interaction concepts and final mockups for implementation by distilling complex problems and designing simple and delightful solutions
- Develop the information architecture and navigation concepts for mobile solutions
- Build interactive prototypes for evaluation with users
- Empathize with users, understand their needs and adopt a data-driven approach through collaborating with our user research colleagues
- Represent users in advocating for tradeoffs that prioritizes an optimal B2C experience while working closely with cross-functional teams, such as developers, requirements engineers, audiologists, hearing performance experts and product managers
- Adopt a comprehensive perspective at every touchpoint by closely collaborating with our colleagues designing for B2B

**Your profile**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience with User-centered product development methods, design thinking etc.
- Ability in identifying a broad range of potential solutions for a given problem statement
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; good German skills as an advantage
