- At Sonova, customer and consumer centricity is at the heart of what we do. In the role of the UX Designer, you are a pivotal member of the Design Experience team, contributing to shaping the user experience of our solutions and platforms. You will design and innovate solutions for Hearing Care Professionals (HCPs - B2B). This role creates concepts and designs to deliver an outstanding B2B experience for all related touchpoints along the user journey employing state of the art tools and methodologies.**Your tasks**
- Ensure information and functions are easily accessible, usable, and comprehensible for seamless user experience
- Utilize User-Centered Design (UCD) and design thinking methodologies to refine ideas iteratively into final concepts and solutions
- Collaborate closely with B2C experience and HW Product design teams for seamless integration of functions and designs
- Advocate for optimal B2B experience, prioritizing user needs and influencing tradeoffs for solutions
- Provide input to design metrics and success criteria
- Document design solutions according to our team standards
- Present and discuss own designs and solutions with team colleagues and stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends in user experience principles and recommend necessary changes for business improvement

**Your profile**
- University degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, or related field of study
- Ability to employ data-driven approach combined with intuition to make decisions
- Ability in handling high complexity and work effectively under pressure
- Experience in driving projects and land UX into the business
- Ability in identifying a broad range of potential solutions for a given problem statement
- Proficient with UX prototyping tools, e.g. Figma and 2D Graphics and image editing programs (e.g. Illustrator, InDesign)
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; German and/or other languages are an asset
