The IS Interaction Design Lead ensures logical or effective interactions between users and products. The goal of the Interaction Design Lead is to create products that best ensure users can achieve their objectives.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Accountable for analyzing, evaluating, and improving the UX of IS services, using appropriate metrics, design research methods, and usability testing.
- Follows the technological trends in User Experience (UX), Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), and User Interface (UI) and makes sure the team is always up to date to help Consumer Experience organization in designing the most intuitive solutions and experiences.
- Possesses experience in UI/UX lifecycle covering all aspects of analysis, design, prototyping, and evaluation in an iterative manner with the ability to judge exit criteria.
- Identifies and sets UI/UX design patterns to organize matter for usability improvement, mini-mal interactions for navigation, simplification of data entry, minimizing errors, and enhancing the user experience.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Product Design / Communication Design / Graphic Design, or related discipline.
- An additional Master’s Degree in any of the following disciplines is highly preferred: Human-Computer Interaction / Product Design / Communication Design / UX Design.
- Above 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Passionate about Consumer Experience (CX), User Experience (UX) Consumer Journey, and Personas, with the ability to design and execute at tactical & operational level
- Proven track record of mockups design, wireframes, prototypes creation and development
- Broad experience in UX/UI development of digital solutions is a must
- Strong user of design thinking approach to design digital solutions
